Tae Kwon Do is a traditional Martial Art form from Korea and has been practised for over 2.000 years.
The Korean Word “Tae” means kicking, jumping or flying of the feet.
“Kwon” means punching or striking with the hands.
“Do” means art, technique or way.
Tae Kwon Do combines spectacular and effective kicking and hand technique with a philosophy of self-discipline and self-respect.
